As a video production company in Brazil, we keep offices in Curitiba and Florianópolis, in the south of the country, and our crew is ready to travel to any region. Recent productions took us to Recife, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Cascavel. For the Caterpillar docuseries Mais Que Máquinas we ran direction, 8K cinematography, logistics and post across several Brazilian states and Chilean Patagonia. Abroad, we have also produced at CONEXPO in Las Vegas.

You do not need to be in Brazil for the shoot. Most foreign clients follow the project from home, with sign-off at every stage.

Can W2 Films be our local production partner in Brazil?
Yes. Foreign agencies, brands and producers hire us as their production service in Brazil. We supply the local crew, cinema-grade equipment, drone, post-production and coordination, under one contract, while you keep creative control and approve every stage.
Which cities in Brazil can you film in?
Our offices are in Curitiba and Florianópolis, and our crew travels to any region of the country. We have filmed in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife and Cascavel, among other places, and outside Brazil in Chilean Patagonia and Las Vegas.
Do you handle locations and filming permits?
We help plan locations and the permits they require. Requirements change from one city and type of location to another, so we map them during pre-production, before the shoot dates are locked, and include that planning in the proposal.
Do we need to travel to Brazil for the shoot?
No. Script and plan are approved before we roll, and on set we confirm shots with you by video call or send dailies for remote sign-off. Edits are reviewed online, with two revision rounds included.
Can we work with you in English?
Yes. Briefs, proposals and day-to-day coordination can all run in English. We can also deliver subtitles and translations into English, Spanish and other languages.
How do quotes and payment work for international clients?
You receive an itemized proposal within 24 business hours of the brief, and the delivery date is written into the contract. Payment is usually split into milestones (kickoff, start of post and final delivery), and international clients can pay by wire transfer.
