Yes, but there may be an additional cost depending on complexity. Small adjustments (text corrections, logo swaps) are simpler. Larger changes (reshoots, script changes) are quoted separately. This is why approvals at the earlier stages are so important.

We keep the raw footage for 90 days after final delivery. After that period, storage can be contracted separately. We recommend that the client also back up the final delivered material.

Not necessarily, but it is recommended to have someone from the company for real-time approvals. If you cannot attend, we handle approvals by video call or send the day’s material for remote approval.

We deliver in MP4 (H.264) by default, which works on every platform. We can also provide MOV (ProRes), AVI or other specific formats. We always deliver in the best possible quality while keeping compatibility.

Yes! We offer captioning in Portuguese and translation into English, Spanish and other languages. Captions can be burned into the video (permanent) or delivered as a separate file (.srt) for flexibility.

We generally work with: 50% on project approval (start), 30% at the start of post-production and 20% on final delivery. For larger projects, payment can be split into installments. We accept bank transfer, PIX and boleto.

Yes! We offer a 30-day warranty for fixing technical issues (audio, export, etc.). We also provide support for publishing and optimizing the video on your desired platforms. We are always available for questions.
